Catch Julie-Anne Performing at Stephen Lloyd-Morgan's Summer Event Concerts

Julie-Anne Hunter is delighted to be performing with Stephen Lloyd-Morgan and the specially formed Marbella Concert Orchestra, plus a host of guests at Stephen's 'The Summer Event Concerts' at El Castillo de la Duquesa on Saturday, 24th July and Saturday 21st August. The concerts will be a combination of Musical Theatre, Opera and Cross-Over, sung in English, Spanish and Italian; orchestral arrangements and conducted by the renowned Musical Director Ian Green.

About Julie-Anne Hunter

Soprano, Julie-Anne Hunter started her career when she was awarded a scholarship to study singing and classical guitar at the Royal Academy of Music in London. Whilst there she won prizes for singing and was awarded a further scholarship for advanced opera training. She has sung many operatic roles in Britain and abroad including: Susanna in Marriage of Figaro, Musetta in La Boheme, and Zerbinnetta in Ariadne auf Naxos.

In addition to her operatic singing, Julie-Anne has diversified into other singing disciplines; performing Early Music, Sacred Music and Show Music. She is currently working on two albums: the first with an English composer who is writing a piece especially for Julie-Anne’s pure toned voice; and the second, a CD which uses her voice as a healing tool for personal transformation. Julie-Anne certainly provides a musical mélange of styles these days!

Julie-Ann Hunter To Perform at Marbella's Art Festival 2010

Soprano, Julie-Anne Hunter, will be performing again at this year’s Festival de Arte Marbella, and will perform some duets with Tenor, Stephen Lloyd-Morgan. Julie-Anne is delighted to be part of the Festival de Internacional de Arte once again, and looks forward to singing at the event in June 2010.
